Decision Making Coaching Session - 60minutes
Based on the research completed so far in the exploration step. Your Career Coach and you will identify target jobs and validate your decision by reviewing relevant job data. You will then create and save JOFI Employability Certificates from the JOFI Career Navigation website for these target jobs.
NOTE: You must complete the Career Coaching Orientation and Career Exploration Sessions prior to this session.
